Shipping Policy

Primevapor LLC will ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. If an order is received by 12PM CST, it will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12PM CST on a Friday will ship on the following Monday.

PrimeVapor offers FREE SHIPPING on any order over $75.00.

Shipping charges are determined at the time of the order. Primevapor LLC guarantees that there will be no additional charges related to shipping added to the order when released to the carrier.

PrimeVapor LLC uses the US Postal Service as its primary carrier. Shipments will be released to the USPS system daily. Customers will be able to view the status of their shipment by going to http://usps.com and entering the Tracking Number that will be provided in the Shipment Confirmation Email that will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order.

Our no-hassle 30 day replacement or return policy is designed to make your experience with Primevapor LLC as good as we feel our products are.

E-Cigarette Flavor Cartridges

Due to State and Federal Health and Safety Regulations, we can only accept returns or exchanges of Flavor Cartridge Packs if the seal is unbroken.

Replacement Policy

If you receive defective or damaged products, you may request replacements within 30 days of your order. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective goods, we will ship replacements within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, you may request a refund for the unused portions of your order within 30 days of your order. Upon receipt of the returned products, we will process a refund within 48 hours.

How To Process a Replacement or Refund

In order to start a replacement or refund, please request an RMA by sending an email to returns@primevapor.com. Please include your name, shipping address, daytime telephone number and order number, if possible. A return email with your RMA and instructions for return will be sent to the email address your request originated from. Shipping costs for returning products to Primevapor LLC are the responsibility of the buyer.
