  1. If you’re smoking a hard core full nicotine cig like Marlboro Red or Camel non filters you might want to try to weaning off of the hardcore cig before you get to the e-cig. How you can do this is to switch a lighter brand before you go to e-cigarettes. Example if you’re smoking Marlboro Red then go to Marlboro Lights you really want to get to a light before you start on e-cigarettes and if you’re smoking Camel non filters you would go down to a Camel regular then to a Camel light and then go to e-cigarettes. With the stronger cigs it’s really hard to go straight from a hardcore to an e-cigarette unless you step down before hand. Having a good vapor experience by having good equipment and juice makes a big difference in success and having as much knowledge as possible will make this much easier and much more likely for success. I started with Prime Vapor and it worked for me and I think if I would have went to some other e-cig vapor juice site I might not have been as successful or even successful as I was. It wasn’t difficult for me at all and I was hardcore I had already tried so many different things I didn’t think there was a chance that I could quit.
